Schedule of Events

This page will hopefully provide a basic outline of timings and locations to allow people to plan accordingly. At present we have included what could be classed, at best, as aspirational timings.  No plan outlasts initial contact with the enemy so please remain felxible, excpect the unexpected and accept that this page, much like speed signs, is advisory only. If it is in Italics, it is not confirmed.

Who knows what we'll be doing? I'd like to say we will be having a welcome dinner/drinks event but it's like a year away! I can't plan next week let alone next year. Whatever is happening will be forecast well in advance so keep an eye on this page! I'd like to visit Tannah Lot but there's every chance Taryn will have me double checking the colour of napkins or something!

1000 (AEDT) - Bridal Party Depart Australia (I actually have no clue when they are leaving I'm just hoping they've left by now or their accommodation will be going to waste!)
1730 (Bali) - Welcome Drinks at Azul Beach Club Legian
This is a nice idea but let's wait and see!
2000 (Bali) - Bucks Party break contact and head to undisclosed location!

05 AUG 2026

1000-1400 - Beauty Salon
The girls from the Bridal Party will be doing all manner of unspeakable beauty treatments today.

06 AUG 2026 - The Big Day

It is highly recommended that all guests should be in Bali by this point.  (Note: The below timeline from 1530 is confirmed. Everything before that is open to interpretation.)
1000 - Makeup and Hair
1300 - Bridal Party Transport Departs Heleconia Villas for Taman Bhagawan
1530 - Welcome Drinks at the venue
1600 - Seated for ceremony
1640 - Cocktails
1800 - Reception
2300 - Curfew. Afterparty in Taman Bhagawan party dungeon or other as yet unidentified location.

07 AUG 2026

1130 - Recovery Lunch
This was the plan when we thought we'd be staying at a larger establishment...like all plans it may require adjustment once smacked in the face with reality. We'll let you know...

08 AUG 2026

1200 - Bridal Party check out of Heliconia Villas
1600 - Sunset Farewell catch up at La Plancha on Double Six Beach

09 AUG 2026

Mr and Mrs Campbell will be attending a birthday party for friends somewhere in the vicinity of Kuta and will not be available.

10 AUG 2026

No plans at this stage. If any of our guests are still in town we would love to arrange something.

11 AUG 2026

1200 - Mr and Mrs Campbell check out of Heliconia Villas and depart on Honeymoon
